I wish I knew more about this situation, so it’s very second hand. Last night I met out some friends, one of whom had been on a pub crawl for most of the day. Needless to say, by around 10:30PM when we met him, he was on his last legs. He told us that the police had just taken away two girls who had gotten in a fight just prior to our arrival.
Now that sucks in and of itself, but what really sucks is that one of the girls was dressed like the woman on a box of Swiss Miss hot chocolate. The bar crawl was German themed and she apparently took it upon herself to get into costume. Needless to say, I don’t want to know what a night in lock up at Belmont and Addison, then transfer to Cook County Jail is like dressed in a dirndl.
But hey, you brawl in the streets, you get the paddy wagon.
